567/QD-TTg decision of the Government on the development of building materials Unbaked

From 2011, large building projects (from the ninth floor or above) use at least 30% unburned material Lightweight construction (volume volume no larger than 1000 kg/m3) of total building materials.

Prime Minister has signed a decision approving the development program of building materials are not heated to 2020 with the aim of developing production and use of this material to replace clay bricks rate 20-25% 2015 and 30-40% in 2020.

Saving agricultural land, the land contains waste

The development of production and use of building materials to replace non-baked clay brick work to save farmland and reduce emissions causing environmental pollution, coal fuel, efficiency economy for the whole society.

The program also set a target of annual use is about 15-20 million tons of industrial wastes (thermal power slag ash, blast furnace slag ...) to produce building materials are not heated, saving about 1,000 hectares of agricultural land and hundreds of hectares of land containing wastes.

Production and consumption of building materials without preferential heating

Under the program, there will be three categories of building materials was not heated to develop production and use. It is brick-aggregate concrete, brick and tile light and other types. In particular, the percentage of cement-brick aggregate total building materials unburned about 74% to 70% in 2015 and 2020.

Brick light (there are two types of tile from concrete and bricks as they apply from foam concrete) accounts for approximately 21% rate in 2015 and in 2020 25% of the total unburned material construction.
