Building high-rise brick Unbaked

From 2011, works from the ninth floor and above will use building materials unburned mild volume mass under 1000 kg per m3 for construction. Works from nine floors above will use a mild non-baked bricks

The Prime Minister has signed a decision approving the development program of building materials are not heated to 2020 with the aim of developing production and use of this material to replace clay bricks percentage of 20-25% in 2015 and 30-40% in 2020.

Accordingly, from 2011, houses works from the 9th floor and above will use at least 30% of building materials have not baked a mild volume of not more than 1000 kg per m3 of total building materials. Three types of construction materials used are not fired brick-cement aggregates, bricks and tiles slightly different.

Brick-cement ratio of the total aggregate building materials are not baked about 74% to 70% in 2015 and 2020. Ceramic tiles from the light of concrete and bricks as they apply from foam concrete proportion 21% to 25% in 2015 and in 2020 a total unburned material construction. The other tiles as splitting stone, brick and laterite, construction materials and non-baked hills of waste from construction, silicate brick ... rate of about 5% in 2015 from the total building materials.

Every year, about 15-20 million tons of industrial waste (ash slag thermal, blast furnace slag ...) will be used to produce building materials are not baked. The use of building materials to replace non-baked clay brick work to save farmland, reducing coal emissions causing environmental pollution. The project of manufacturing equipment and building materials production will not be firing tax incentives.
