Technical Support Assistant Manager

Salary :Negotiable

 1. Planning & Reporting
  • Develop marketing and strategies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing with emphasis on product development and promotion of Technical knowledge.
  • Define weekly and monthly objectives regarding routine testing, R&D and customer complaints.
  • Complaint solving: In collaboration with Hotline in Head Office and the sales team, investigate complaints, generate comprehensive report and follow up on outcome of customer complaints, handle Technical problems from customer, contractors, investors which are linked to our product quality.
 2. Technical consulting
  • Technical communication to the customer.
  • Participate in technical workshops and seminars for contractors and specifies.
  • In collaboration with Marketing, produce technical brochures and written documents to give to customers and sales staff; with QA to issue Quality Certificates to customers.
 3. Product Development
  • Cooperate with QA/QC to develop testing campaigns of existing product problems, product improvement and new formulations.
  • Regularly test our competitors’ cement using various concrete formulations.
  • Use customer complaints as one of the basis for possible improvement of our products.
 4. Training and Management
  • Train sales force in cement and concrete knowledge
  • Staff development
  • Team building


  • University Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Construction, Silicate or Chemical.


  • Minimum 03-years experience in concrete application, concrete construction or similar fields.
  • Competency in various standards and codes relevant to ready mix concrete manufacturing.
  • Good English skills both verbal and writing.
  • Proactive, dynamic and curious in developing new ideas and approaching concept.
  • Strong communication skills and presentations skills.
  • High problem solving and planning skills
  • High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
